TRIBUTE TO INAA!

Created by Erebi 9 years ago
‘Ina’ I was deeply distressed at the news of your passing……..
Even if I could not see you as often as I would have loved to until your passing, you were always in my thoughts and dear to my heart.
So sad you took ill and could not make it but you were always so strong, beautiful, aged gracefully but ageless in your intellect, thoughts and memory, I don’t think you were ever a pain…..
You gave me the privilege of a daughter whenever we were together in my growing up years, your doors and arms were opened to me and I became one of your extended children. And you never withheld your hands of love, prayers, care, godly admonitions and encouragement.
Your cheerful look to life, diligence to work, generous nature and your warmth of feeling for anyone in need of help will be greatly missed.
Your love for God and service to Him was an enigma, you always kept to time and always prepared ahead for appointments, a joyful worshipper you were and we admired that strength.
The grace with which you carried yourself at all times, your gentleness, cleanliness, simplicity and trust in God even in the face of prevailing challenges was great.
You were a loving mother….
I well recall in our hay days as little girls, you had always allowed us enjoy what you called ‘the girls’ gist time’ and your sense of humor at such moments were wonderful and we could trust you with some of our fears as well as pranks and we loved how you delightfully shared in our jokes and laughter.
I recall your kindness, strength in taking care of your family, ever smiling face, laughter and the joyful choruses to God as you stride through the house cooking and doing chores and most of it the great sense of pride with which you always spoke of your children, you were always there to support, provide, scold us when we were wrong and encouraged us to do better, love God, pray and work hard; while you never ceased believing in us, praying and wishing us the best in our endeavors.
Thank God your prayers and wishes are a reality before your demise.
However, it is really sad to know you are gone! But it is joy knowing you are resting in the arms of your maker now.
Rest in peace! Rest until we meet again!
Adieu INA,
Adieu our lovely Mrs. Veronica Hannah Sami.
